Service purpose
Provide whole-day, half-day or two-hour per session occasional child care services to assist parents or carers who need to deal with emergencies or other matters.
Service target:
Children aged 2-6
Service hours:
8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday) 
8:00 am to 1:00 pm (Saturday) 
Service charges:
Whole-day $64, half-day $32, and every two hours (per session) $16; Meal fee $6.5
Application procedure:
  • Applications are accepted throughout the year. Call the school at least one day in advance for enquiries and reservations.
     
  • Firstly, applicants need to call to register and then fill in the application form. The application form can be obtained in person or by email.
  • Please inquire about the placement during office hours.
Notice to parents:
  • For first time user of the occasional care service, please bring along a copy of the parent/guardian’s identity certificate and the child’s identity certificate, and come to our School to complete the registration procedure. If necessary, submit an immunization record/health record book.
  • Each section is calculated in two-hours, if the child is picked up late, a surcharge of one extra session will be required.
  • Our School does not administer any medication to those children placed under occasional child care service.
  • For appointment cancellation, please call and notify us as soon as possible.
