Return method:

            Submit the application form in person together with the required documents:
* one photo (please affix it on the application form)
* one copy of the child’s Birth Certificate
* one copy of the child’s immunization card (cover and inner page)
* 4 self-addressed return envelopes (please write the student’s name and address on the envelope, and affix sufficient stamps on each envelope. Please note the weight of the mail and the increase in postage)]
Application fee:
HK$40 (to be collected together with the application form).  The application fee is non-returnable whether the application is successful or not.

 


Application for the “2025/26 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”

1. The EDB continues using the "Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission" as the K1 registration document for the 2025/26school year.
 
2. From September to November 2024, parents must apply to the EDB for the "2025/26 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission " (hereinafter referred to as "2025/26 RC") for their children. 
 
The "2025/26 RC" will start accepting applications in September of this year. At that time, the EDB will announce the application details and the details will be uploaded on the EDB website (https://www.edb.gov.hk/k1-admission_e).
 
Admission Criteria
1. Acknowledging the school's philosophy and purpose
2. Interview performance
3. The matching of the applicant’s age and the vacancy
4. The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying at our school will be given due priority consideration
5. The applicant from families with special social needs will be given due priority consideration
 
Note: Please note that due to the limited number of school places, not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.
 
Interview Arrangements

5. Parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate  communication in the interview. Announcement of Admission Results
Our School will notify parents of the K1 admission results on or before 13th December 2024 (Friday) by post 
 
Registration Arrangements：

1. Successful applicants: Parents should come to our School to complete the registration procedures at the specified time during 2nd January to 4th January 2025 ("Centralized Registration Dates"), and must submit the original "2025/26 RC" and pay the registration fee.
 
2. Applicants on the waiting list:  If the school still has vacancies, the school will notice applicants by mail individually. Parents should go to our school for registration at the time specified in our school’s notice, and must submit the original “2025/26 RC” and pay the registration fee.
 
3. Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit valid registration documents on the specified registration dates, our School may not be able to complete registration for the child. Hence, parents must apply for the relevant registration certificate to the EDB within the specified period.
 
4. The registration fee for the 2025/26 school year is HK$1,570.  If the child concerned studies in our School, the registration fee will be refunded in September 2025. However, if parents decide to change school after registration, please notify our School in writing. Our School will return the relevant registration certificate but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the registration certificate, our School will no longer keep the school place for the child.
